- I purchased CineMatch and haven’t received a license.
If you just purchased CineMatch, wait a few minutes, and check out our CineMatch Guide for getting started with your first match.
If you still haven’t received an email from us after 10 minutes, check your Spam folder (if using a GMail address, check your Promotions folder as well). If using a university or corporate email account, check with your mail provider to make sure they aren’t blocking emails from the cinematch.com domain.
If you still can’t find the email, contact us using the form below and we’ll resend your license details.
- Uninstalling CineMatch
On Windows 10, you can uninstall the CineMatch plugin by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features and then searching for ‘CineMatch’ and clicking Remove.
On Mac OS, you will need to manually delete the CineMatch plugin from the following locations:
Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/CineMatch
